I provide CBT for clients in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.  My waiting list is approximately 4 months long but shorter for online sessions. I work mornings Monday-Friday with four appointments slots: 9.15am, 10.30am, 11.45am and 1pm. Sessions can be either in -person or via video. I provide a limited number of video sessions in the evenings. Fees for one individual CBT session are 130 euro.

I am also trained in EMDR (Eye movement densensitisation reprocessing) therapy which is a trauma focussed therapy. I use this for the treatment of PTSD or other trauma related problems.

I incorporate a compassion focussed therapy approach in all treatments.
